Returns
In case of return request, we ask you to send us an email with the reason and the photo of the product to [email protected] within a week from the arrival of the goods. The return in Italy is free if it respects the times indicated and the customer must ship the product intact, complete with the original packaging in excellent condition following our instructions (we will provide a code AWB for shipping).
Outside Italy the return costs are up to the customer and the goods must be sent to
